What if I have ordered the wrong size or require a refund ?
First - please email us to let us know that you want to return an item. We will provide you with a return address and return number.
Once you have received a response from us please put your backdoorshoes back in the post with your name, address /return no and preferred size, and we will replace with your preferred size subject to stock. The products you are returning must be in as new condition and unworn.
If your shoes are unsuitable please return with your order number and details for a refund to be issued (allow up to 10 days and refunds will be for goods and not P&P)
In the interest of fairness we ask that you cover the postage cost to us and we will cover the return postage to you.
